Everyone will get a chance to weigh-in on implementing a new Wisconsin law that would open state parks to hunting and trapping. Back in April, Governor Walker signed the sporting heritage bill into law. The DNR is proposing a plan to allow hunting in parks from now through May. A series of listening sessions are being held though November. In Northeast Wisconsin, there will be one in Appleton on November 8th at 6:30pm at the Bordini Center on the Fox Valley Technical College campus.
