APPLETON-- Congressman Reid Ribble and Jamie Wall continue to spar over the issue of budget cuts, but Tuesday they focused on what this election means for veterans.   Ribble connected with veterans at a seminar in Appleton about post-traumatic stress disorder, or PTSD. "We want to make sure that our veterans know what those resources are and how they can tap into them," Ribble said.

Meanwhile, Ribble's challenger, Democrat Jamie Wall met with veterans in Green Bay .

"I think the priority has to be with the most severely affected physically, mentally, job counseling, job training,” Wall said.
