A party at the Kroc Community Center tonight marked their first anniversary. The Salvation Army and the community center celebrated with a garden gala tonight which included a four-course dinner and an auction. The center has more than 4,000 members and more than 100,000 people visited the center during its first year. All proceeds from tonight's event will go to the Kroc Scholarship fun to assist low-income community members with the cost of a Kroc membership.
