Local businessman and candidate for the 8th congressional district Jamie Wall battled today for a new Farm bill in the state of Wisconsin. Senator Herb Kohl was a special guest as the two Democrats held a news conference this morning. They both had the same message, the new bill is vital to keep the farming industry strong in Wisconsin. The current farm bill, which funds everything from aid for farmers to nutritional school lunches, expires in October.
