Opening day of the 2012 Brown County Fair is August 15th. The fair is located on Fort Howard Avenue in West De Pere.
Brown County's newest Fairest of the Fair, Katrina Geurts will be there, to welcome guests. The Fairest of the Fair program has been revived, after 27 years.
Some of this year's highlights include: Demolition Derby, Nick's Kids Show, Armed Forces Appreciation Ceremony, live music, games, food and fireworks.
Tickets are $12 at the gate, and 50% off on Sunday (August 19th.)
