Presidential Race Heats Up in Wisconsin
In Brown county Mitt Romney's bus tour, minus the republican nominee, made a stop in Allouez, drumming up support with some heavy hitting Wisconsin republicans. Across town Brown County democrats were busy canvassing to keep President Obama in office.
BROWN COUNTY, WI --The 2012 presidential election is still months away but campaign efforts from both sides are already heating up. In Brown county Mitt Romney's bus tour, minus the republican nominee, made a stop in Allouez, drumming up support with some heavy hitting Wisconsin republicans.
Across town Brown County democrats were busy canvassing to keep President Obama in office.
Wisconsin is a swing state so both parties arefighting hard to win over voters.
Romney's rally is called "We Did Build This" and criticizes a recent speech President Obama made defending the government's role in helping business owners.
But democrats say republicans are twisting Obama's words.
