Pipeline Leak Contamination
Tests at the site of a gas pipeline leak in Southern Wisconsin confirm the contamination of nearby wells. Leaders with the West Shore Pipeline say they've discovered elevated levels of benzene, a chemical that can make you sick or in some cases can be deadly. Three homes are affected near milwaukee. The company says it's providing the families with bottled water and will install permanent filtration systems. The pipeline leaked for about three minutes last week and has since been repaired.
