WEATHER ALERT: Heat Advisory
Oshkosh, WI - A Heat Advisory is in effect for portions of the area until 7:00 p.m. this evening, including the communities of Oshkosh, Fond Du Lac, Sheboygan, Chilton, and Wautoma.
Temperatures with in the Advisory will climb near 100 this afternoon, and when you combine the high humidity dew points in the 70s, it could feel as high as 110 at times.
There will be a huge range in temperatures this afternoon across the NBC 26 area. As mentioned we'll have temperatures near 100 south, to the 90s for Green Bay and the Fox Cites, to around 80 only across the north.
Along with the heat, keep a close eye on the skies this afternoon. Severe storms will be possible, especially from Green Bay to the south.
