GREEN BAY--Too many cats, not enough homes. That's the problem the Bay Area Humane Society in Green Bay is trying to tackle today and yesterday. The shelter dropped their cat adoption fees to 13-cents! They hope it will help make room for the flood of cats and kittens being dropped off every day.
