Baby Left in Hot Car
A newborn baby is found locked inside a car in the middle of the heat wave. Police got a call around 7:15 Friday night that a baby was left in a car at a Walmart parking lot on west Mason Street in Green Bay. Officers say it was about 98-degrees and all the car's windows were rolled up. Police tell us the baby was not moving, so the officer broke a window to get it out.
The child was rushed to the hospital where it was treated and released to a family member. The 24-year-old mother now faces child neglect charges.
