Spectators Sweat At USGA Championship
KOHLER- Extreme heat isn't keeping thousands of golf fans from taking in the U.S. Women's Open at Blackwolf Run golf course.
USGA event organizers made some last minute changes to accommodate golf fans in what turned out to be one of the hottest days of the year.
The USGA set up several tents to provide shade for golf fans along with offering deals like buy one get one free water bottles.
But despite a heat index of one 103 degrees, golf fans came out in droves for the first day of competition.
