Bassmasters Challenge Comes to an End
GREEN BAY -- It's the final day to reel in the biggest catch at this year's Bassmasters Challenge. Professional anglers can bring up to five fish for the final weigh in. Hundreds came out in Green Bay this afternoon, anxiously waiting for the winner to be crowned. The lucky angler gets a 100-thousand dollar grand prize and an invitation to next year's Bassmasters Classic. As of right now Jonathon Vandam of Kalamazoo, Michigan weighs in the heaviest, with a total weight of 79 pounds and two ounces over four days. Many anglers say it's been a tough tournament because of the boundaries set by the DNR. Sturgeon Bay was off limits this year.
