Green Bay-- Green Bay Police have a bit of a mystery on its hands. A car found last Friday buried at the bottom of the Fox River was pulled out Tuesday. Crews worked all day to dig the car out of the mud. Divers worked two at a time to first dig mud and silt from around the wheels and attach big orange balloons. They did this for hours without being able to see the car. Divers had zero visibility.

According to police the 4-door car may have been stuck in the riverbed for an "extended" period of time. Police say the car has Minnesota license plates and have already contacted the Minnesota Department of Justice to help identify the car's origin.
