GREEN BAY--Some runners braved the heat for the 2012 Bellin Run. 18, 428 people registered for the race in Green Bay Saturday morning. But organizers say that's a dip from last year, where hundreds more hit the race track. They believe many were afraid to battle the heat again--after runners were hospitalized at last month's Cellcom Green Bay Marathon.
