SHEBOYGAN---A Plymouth man is suffering from brain injuries after getting hit by a car.
Sheboygan police say 64-year-old Arnold Ramaker was riding his moped on Taylor Drive and was turning left on Erie Avenue--when a driver ran a yellow light and hit him.
Ramaker was thrown from the moped. He was rushed to a Green Bay hospital. Meanwhile, the driver 22-year-old Amanda Wilterdink was charged with violation of a traffic control signal.
