It was a beautiful day to Celebrate De Pere. Yesterday's rain dampened the event's first day. But this afternoon more people came out and hopped on the rides listened to live music and enjoyed the warmer weather. The celebration is not over yet. Tomorrow afternoon at 12:30 there will be a special veterans ceremony.
