OSHKOSH-- Scary moments for two people Sunday morning when their boat capsized. Winnebago County deputies tell us the two were boating in Oshkosh where the Fox River meets Lake Winnebago.
That's when they took a strong wave. The boat started filling up with water and quickly sank. A passer-by picked-up the victims and took them to safety. Deputies removed the boat from the water, so it won't be a hazard to others.
