One Hurt in Crash
Calumet County investigators believe alcohol was the cause of a crash there. It happened around 7pm Friday at the intersection of Highway 57 and Highway 10 in the Town of Brillion.
Deputies say 46-year-old Bonnie Groth of Forest Junction was driving south on Highway 57 and didn't stop for a red light. Meanwhile, 50-year-old Charles Van of Appleton was driving west on Highway 10, had a green light and t-boned Groth's car.
Crews used the jaws of life to rescue her. Groth was rushed to the hospital, but is expected to be ok. Van was not injured.
