A federal judge says Wisconsin public union members must tell the state to subtract dues from their paychecks.
The decision stems from a lawsuit challenging the controversial collective bargaining law. Most of the law was upheld in March. The state and unions wanted part of the ruling clarified that bans automatic due withdrawals.
