GOP in the Bay
Green Bay, WI - This weekend Green Bay is the place to be for members of the Wisconsin GOP. Wisconsin Republicans will spend today through Sunday in "Titletown" for their annual convention. A party spokesman says based on the number of RSVP's, attendance should top last years when the GOP had the largest turnout for a state convention in 40 years.
Today's events will be held at the KI Convention Center in downtown Green Bay. Tomorrow it will move to Shopko Hall with Governor Scott Walker as the keynote speaker.
Next month is the Democrat's turn. The party will hold it's State Convention at the Radisson Paper Valley Hotel in Appleton on June 8th and 9th.
