New York, NY - The NFL reports former Packers Quarterback Brett Favre will have to testify in court about "sexually suggestive" text messages.
The case stems from a sexual harassment lawsuit filed by two massage therapists in New York City. A Manhattan Supreme Court judge refused to dismiss the suit which now appears to be heading to court. The Therapists claim they lost their part-time jobs with the New York Jets in 2008 after complaining about text messages allegedly from Favre. The Jets say the lawsuit is without merit.
