GREEN BAY, WI - Julie Wojta became the first player from the UW-Green Bay Women's Basketball program to be drafted into the WNBA.
She was taken in the second round, 18th overall, by the defending champion Minnesota Lynx. Wojta was the Horizon player of the year this season, and last year, led the Lady Phoenix to their first ever trip to the sweet sixteen.
