Bies Seeks Re-Election
SISTER BAY, WI – State Rep. Garey Bies (R) announces he will seek re-election to the state Assembly in the First Assembly District.
“It’s been an honor and a privilege to serve the people of the First Assembly District,” said Bies. “I’m proud of the many bills I introduced this session that were signed into law, but there are a lot of important issues I’d like to continue working on that will be good for my constituents and the state as a whole.”
Rep. Bies has served in the Wisconsin Assembly since 2000. Prior to his time in the State Assembly, Bies spent 30 years in the Door County Sheriff’s Department serving as Chief Deputy for 11 years.
