Walker Signs Concussion Bill
Green Bay, WI - Governor Scott Walker has signed a bill designed to protect high school athletes from concussions.
The measure was signed Monday afternoon at Lambeau Field. It requires athletes who suffer apparent head injuries to be removed from practice or games. They would be prohibited from returning until they have a medical examination.
The plans are similar to the guidelines used in the NFL.
