Door County, WI - The Door County board has voted to remove its administrator.
Michael Serpe had been Door County's administrator since 2006.
An investigator outlined a series of allegations about Serpe's "abrasive" management style.
The claims include reports that Serpe had angry outbursts and made inappropriate comments about the age or gender of county employees.
Serpe did not comment after the board's vote.
