Madison, WI - A federal court in Madison has struck down part of Governor Walker's collective bargaining law.

The Wisconsin law strips collective bargaining power from state employees.

Friday's ruling means union dues can automatically be deducted from paychecks and annual re-certification votes for the union cannot be required. However, the ruling still leaves most of the law in place.
