Menasha, WI - A Mosinee man is behind bars for allegedly injuring two people while driving the wrong way down Highway 41.
Police say 33-year-old Miguel Cruz was drunk when he crashed into another car near the Prospect Avenue exit in the town of Menasha, and then fled the scene.
Two men in the other car were taken to the hospital, one with life-threatening injuries.
