Manitowoc, WI - An 18-year-old from Manitowoc is facing charges for his role in two crashes, one that left two teenagers dead.

Zachary Gauthier is facing two counts of second-degree reckless endangerment. He's also facing bail jumping charges, as well as operating a vehicle without the owner's consent.

Police say Gauthier stole a car and crashed it on March 18th.

Just one day later, police say he crashed his own car.

Sixteen-year-olds Zachary Zahn and Chelsea Harding died in that crash.
