Manitowoc, WI - A Manitowoc attorney is behind bars, accused of sexually assaulting a child.
36-year-old Joseph Engl is charged with using a computer to facilitate a child sex crime, along with five other felonies.
The bankruptcy lawyer is also a convicted sex offender, who was found guilty of a similar crime back in 2004.
