FOND DU LAC COUNTY, WI - A jury in Fond du Lac County has found former state senator Randy Hopper not guilty of drinking and driving.
Hopper claimed politics played a role in his arrest last fall after a Packer game. The former republican state senator was defeated last summer by Jessica King in a recall election.
