A Waupaca County woman says she's terrified driving on Highway ten following two serious accidents in two months. Sue Stelzner contacted NBC26 and says she wants to see safety improvements made to the intersection of Highway ten and Vaughan Road, Southeast of Waupaca. The latest call for improvements comes following a fatal accident Wednesday. A Berlin man was killed in a collision with a semi. A similar accident took place back on October 12th, 2011. A Sgt. with the Wisconsin State Patrol says while he won't reveal exact details into the latest crash, he says, fog was likely a contributing factor. Stelzner says she hopes word of the terrifying conditions will pressure public officials to at least install flashing lights to warn drivers.
