Disabled Hunting Blinds
Today the ribbon was cut to open new accommodations for disabled hunters. They include new disabled accessible hunting blinds and trails on a 150 acre piece of land in Abrams. The Wisconsin waterfowl association was joined by Fox Valley Tech students for today's celebration.
Jeff Pagels says, "We know anybody disabled or not, being outside its a healthy place. This is going to afford a lot of opportunity for people to enjoy themselves in the outdoors."
This piece of land is not just for hunting. It's open for any outdoor activities throughout the year including bird watching.
