114 Underage Drinking Citations-De Pere
The De Pere Police responded to a report of underage drinking at about 10:50 PM at 709 Fourth Street in De Pere, an off-campus house for St. Norbert College.
Upon arrival at the party, the officer was offered a $5 cup before the greeter realized the uniform was *not a costume.
Of the almost 200 attendees, 114 were given underage citations, totaling at least $20,000 in fines. The three residents were also fined for supplying alcohol to minors.
The police were aware of the house's reputation and the house was warned the previous weekend.
