We have an update on Bernice the cat. Up to this point no one has been charged with setting Bernice on fire this summer in Oshkosh. But after months of surgery and care at an Oshkosh Animal Clinic she looks amazing!
Bernice has had 3 surgeries in the last 2 months, and a skin graft. Most cats in her shape would have been put down but when animal lovers heard her story. They responded!
Becky Bosteski says, "So many people were driven to donate to the humane society after they saw her story and they felt like with her drive and her will to survive that she was worth trying to save."
The staff says Bernice has good mobility but is suffering from a little cabin fever.
