Walker Found Guilty of Lesser Charge
An Oconto County jury has just found Jordan Walker not guilty of second degree reckless homicide.
In the shooting death of his friend Shawn Dobry at an underage drinking party last summer.
The jury did find him guilty of lesser charges of negligent homicide party to a crime and obstructing an officer.
In today's closing arguments prosecutors said it was Jordan Walker's gun and his responsibility to keep it safe but the defense said the victim may have grabbed the gun from Walker causing it to go off.
