New London Man Charged with Murder
Bail set at $1 million dollars cash for the man arrested in connection with a 2007 murder in New London. 77 year old James Park was found dead in his North Shawano Street apartment in December of 2007.
The criminal complaint says Chad Magolski lived upstairs from Park and that he stabbed him to death over rent money. Magolski was charged with first degree intentional homicide.
Investigators say Magolski's DNA on a $50 bill used to pay his rent was the clue that helped break the case.
Magolski is scheduled to be in court again on June 30th; if convicted he could face life in prison.
