A judge has found probable cause in the case against a man accused of shooting another man in Appleton.
Ger Thao, 28, appeared in Outagamie County court Thursday for his preliminary hearing.
He faces seven felony counts, including attempted first degree intentional homicide, for allegedly opening fire in an around an apartment complex on North Union Street on April 25.
Thao will be back in court for his arraignment on June 6.
