The Outagamie County Coroner's Office has identified the victim in Friday's fatal crash on STH 96 in Town of Dale as Carleton A. Bork, 88, from the Greenville area.

Three others were injured after the crash on Friday night, according to the Outagamie County Sheriff's Department.

The Sheriff's Department received the call just before 5 p.m.

A west bound SUV, driven by a Manawa area man, crossed the center line and hit a car driven by a Hortonville area woman with two passengers, including Bork, the Sheriff's Department said.

All three people in the car were transported to Theda Clark Hospital by ambulance. The Hortonville woman and one passenger suffered serious injuries. Bork was pronounced dead at the hospital, according to the Outagamie County Sheriff's Department.

The driver of the SUV was not injured, and a passenger was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Alcohol does not appear to be a factor.
