Two suspects sought in Green Bay homicide

The Green Bay Police are looking for two individuals in connection to the recent 1138 Day Street homicide: Richard Michael Arrington, a 20-year-old black man, and Devin Isaiah Landrum, a 22-year-old black man. Both individuals have addresses in the Milwaukee area, but may still be in Green Bay.

Police received information that both Arrington and Landrum may have attempted to alter their appearances by shaving their heads. Police have released a computer-generated photo of Arrington which shows what he may look like with his hair shaved.

Both men are considered armed and dangerous. Police caution that those who have information about their whereabouts or has contact with them, to please not approach these individuals. Contact your local law enforcement agency or the Green Bay Police Department.

Green Bay police have issued a temporary felony warrant for Richard Michael Arrington, a 20-year-old black man, for first degree intentional homicide. This is in connection with a fatal shooting that occured on Day Street on the city's east side over the weekend. A 25-year-old man was shot and later died at the hospital.

"Several people have been identified as possibly being involved and detectives from the Green Bay Police Department are currently working on leads," a Green Bay Police Nixel report reads.
