The Green Bay Police Department has charged 28-year-old Antwon Corderrel Powell with First Degree Intentional Homicide in the Dec 3, 2015 shooting death of David Shorter.
Powell was also charged with First Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety, and Possession of Firearm by a Felon. Powell had been in custody since the day of the shooting for a probation violation.
