Commission will consider moving, rebuilding option

GREEN BAY, Wis -- -
The future of Green Bay's 9/11 memorial is now in the hands of the Public Arts Commission.

The monument was erected in 2004, and has several issues, including $80,000 in cracked, faded granite.
