APPLETON, Wis.-- A Northeast Wisconsin company will be the first to hold a major event at the new Fox Cities Exhibition Center.
The Radisson Paper Valley Hotel says Pierce Manufacturing will hold its North American Sales meeting at the expo center and hotel from January 25-28, 2018.
The event is expected to bring about 500 attendees, and an economic impact of $250,000.
The 30,000 square foot indoor center is currently under construction. It will be paired with a 17,000 square foot outdoor plaza that's connected to a renovated Jones Park and a skywalk to the Paper Valley Hotel.
The design for the project was revealed back in September.
The Expo Center is set to open later this year.
