The Wisconsin Department of Transportation Northeast Region is reminding drivers that Thursday night's game between the Packers and Bears at Lambeau Field will have a significant impact on traffic operations.
Kickoff is 7:25 p.m. That will put gameday traffic and commuter traffic on highways near Lambeau at the same time, the DOT said.
The DOT plans to leave as many lanes as possible open on construction projects in Northeast Wisconsin to move the increased traffic as effectively as possible.
All lanes of traffic will be open in Brown County on highways near Lambeau.
The DOT is encouraging those heading to the game to pre-plan their trip or use alternate routes, including back and side roads.
