The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources gave the Brown County Land and Water Conservation Department an External Partner Award today.
Their work in preserving Brown County's waterways, particularly for the Northern Pike fish, was noted by the department.
The award and favored partner status that comes with it will improve the ability to conserve county waterways in the future.
