The Oshkosh Police Department is requesting citizens to help identify a suspect that used a stolen credit card.
The credit card was taken from a local business during a burglary on September 11, 2016.
On September 12, 2016 the male shown in the photograph above used the stolen credit card at another business in Appleton, WI.
