RACINE (AP) - A Racine County jury found a 30-year man guilty of killing a 21-year-old man over his driving.  Sean Forester-Hoare was charged with stabbing Jonathan Kwiatkowski in the neck with a 5-inch knife at about 2 a.m. on April 4, 2011 in Wind Point.
Prosecutors claimed Forester-Hoare had gone to Kwiatkowski's home and confronted him and his parents over his driving. Forester-Hoare had testified that he acted in self-defense.   After less than four hours of deliberations Friday, a jury decided Forester-Hoare was guilty of first-degree intentional homicide and two counts of first-degree recklessly endangering safety.
The small courtroom was packed with friends and family members of the slain young man. The Journal Times reports Forester-Hoare appeared nearly expressionless as the clerk read out the counts.
