A you tube video is raising concerns about certain recall petitions. The video was shot during the Occupy Milwaukee event last week. It shows what appears to be kids signing the petition and what appears to be a recall Walker petitioner and his badge. It's raising questions as to what's legal for recall petitions.

Michael Maistelman says, "Somebody who is 18 or older. Who is a resident of the state of Wisconsin for 28 days prior to an election, who doesn't have a disability of the courts or a felon."

If you suspect petition fraud election officials encourage you to contact the District Attorney or local police.
