The Fond du Lac County Sheriff's Department reports a pilot has died following a July 28th plane crash has died. 78 year old David Spencer from Santa Fe, New Mexico passed away at 8:14 Tuesday morning.
Spencer was flying with another Santa Fe man when his aircraft went down on the Northwest corrner of the Fond du Lac County Airport. The passenger, Rafael Chaves suffered serious injuries and was hospitalized.
