Two of three men arrested for armed robbery at Burger King

UPDATE Sept. 12:

At 11:53 p.m. Sept. 10, the Burger King restaurant on South Military Avenue was robbed at gun point by three men who got away with an undisclosed amount of money.

No victims were injured during the robbery. Patrol officers responded and were able to quickly develop suspect leads. Officers interviewed witnesses and store employees and were able to develop a suspect, Jayson J. Campbell, a white 37-year-old Green Bay man. Campbell was apprehended at a residence in Green Bay a short time later.  He faces a felony charge of armed robbery.

In the investigation, a second suspect was identified as a 44-year-old black man of Green Bay, who has been taken into custody based on a tip from a concerned citizen. Charges have been referred to the Brown County District Attorney Office for robbery. The firearm used in the robbery has not been located and part of the money was recovered.

Investigators are still working to identify and locate the third suspect. The Green Bay Police Department report the Burger King on South Military Avenue was robbed by 3 men wearing masks last night.

It happened just before midnight.

The suspects were wearing masks and sunglasses and ordered the employees to get in the cooler. One of them displayed a handgun. The 3 stole money and ran away from the business.

Police say none of the employees were injured and they were not trapped in the cooler.

The suspects are described as:

1. white male, 5'7, 155 pounds wearing a red and black hoodie possibly with facial hair

2. white male, 5'9, wearing a blue sweatshirt

3. black male, 5'9 with a thin build
