Appleton Police are asking for the public's help with a fire investigation.
Sunday night just after 3:30 in the morning, the Appleton Fire Department went to a fire at an apartment building in the 500 block of E. Winnebago Street. The sprinkler system helped stop the fire, before they arrived. One resident, a 64 year old man was treated by paramedics for smoke inhalation. None of the residents were displaced by the fire.
Due to the suspicious nature of the fire, investigators from the Appleton Police Department were called in to help. A reward is offered for information leading to arrests in the case. If you can help, contact the Appleton Police Department.
